We have six one-bedroom suites available, all located on the Caribbean Sea with palm trees for shade. Each suite has French doors that open to a private pool and Jacuzzi, offering a stunning view and refreshing breeze.

Our lovely complex is located a short fifteen-minute walk south of San Pedro Town - close enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of the town, but just far enough away for real tranquility. Restaurants and markets are just a few minutes’ walk from our villas. Guests can explore the island on foot, on our complimentary bicycles, or rent a golf cart.
Our Villas
The Lionfish Suite is a spacious one-bedroom beachfront retreat designed for two guests, combining the privacy of a vacation home with direct access to Coral Bay Villas' waterfront setting. The suite features a private veranda overlooking the Caribbean, comfortable living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Its location makes it particularly appealing for couples wanting a quiet oceanfront stay while remaining within easy reach of San Pedro.
The Pineapple Suite offers a spacious one-bedroom, one-bath layout for two guests in Coral Bay's intimate beachfront setting. The villa includes the comforts needed for an independent island stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, air-conditioned bedroom, and private veranda facing the sea. Guests also enjoy full access to the beach, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, bicycles, and other shared amenities.
The Toucan Suite is a comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront villa accommodating two guests. The Starfish Suite provides a comfortable beachfront escape for two guests with uninterrupted access to Coral Bay's Caribbean setting. The accommodation combines a private sea-view veranda with the conveniences of a self-contained villa, while the property's small scale creates a quieter and more personal atmosphere than a traditional resort. Guests have immediate access to the beach and shared pool and Jacuzzi, with downtown San Pedro approximately a 15-minute walk away.
The Dolphin Suite is a one-bedroom, one-bath villa for two guests that emphasizes Coral Bay's quiet beachfront setting and laid-back island atmosphere. Like the other villas, it provides guests with a private sea-view veranda, kitchen and living facilities, air-conditioned sleeping accommodations, and easy access to the property's pool, Jacuzzi, beach, bicycles, and kayak. Its location south of town provides privacy without leaving guests isolated from San Pedro's restaurants and activities.
